soccer mom healthy diet survival recipe

最近因为太忙老到wholefoods买沙拉作早中饭,在等候制作沙拉的过程,看着眼前的一tray一tray的各类蛋白蔬菜以及调料,我开始蠢蠢欲动,买了各类料回家。

现在冰箱里的上面两格整齐的码着一个一个的饭盒,装着过油熟透的三文鱼,白水煮蛋,拨开切碎的avocado,豆腐丁,蘑菇,洋葱, roast pepper dressing.下面的箱子里装着几袋蔬菜。

这样从外面忙着各类琐碎的事情回来不必开火了。连续吃了几天,居然很上瘾,我感觉自己营养很充足,又因为摄取的蛋白均衡少脂肪,堪称健康饮食了,也不怕吃多了会胖。

刚才照镜子,看到自己很衰,这提醒自己赶紧过磅,果不然重了5LB,已经过了130LB了,腰上一圈赘肉箍在内裤的松紧带上面悠悠的颤着。

已经半夜12点,睡不着,只好起来将衣帽间收拾顺便丢一些卡路里,然后写下这篇耻辱的日志。


半夜,我越发后悔七点以后还吃了豆腐丝,穿上前日买的anthropogie这款新裙子。这种款式长发长胳膊细腰的女子穿起来会很有效果,这个时刻我看起来越发悲催了一些。以此照为戒吧。

Don't be too picky on your weight. Extra "roll" will come sooner or later. I did a lot of yard job this summer, but I noticed too I gained some weight. :-)

Because your attraction is not only from the looking, but also, actually mostly, from your inner side, being matured is super attractive.:)
